Seller Eligibility:
1 To become a seller on AhroMart, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract.
2 We reserve the right to review and approve or reject seller applications at our sole discretion, based on various factors such as product quality, compliance with local laws, and alignment with our marketplace values.
Product Listings:
1 All product listings must be accurate, complete, and compliant with local laws and regulations.
*List of products that are not allowed for listing* Alcohol, Tobacco, Drugs, Drug Paraphernalia, Medical Drugs and Devices, and Items making Medical Claims. Live Animals and Human Remains. Dangerous Items: Hazardous Materials, Recalled Items, and Weapons. Hate Items: Items that Promote, Support, or Glorify Hatred. Illegal Items, Items Promoting Illegal Activity, and Highly Regulated Items. Internationally Regulated Items. Nudity and Mature Content. Violent Items: Items that Promote, Support, or Glorify Violence.
2 Sellers are responsible for providing clear and concise product descriptions, including relevant details such as size, color, materials, and any potential risks associated with the product's use.
3 The use of misleading or deceptive product information, including false claims or unverified benefits, is strictly prohibited.
Product Quality and Authenticity:
1 Sellers must ensure that all products listed on AhroMart are of high quality and free from defects.
2 Counterfeit, replica, or unauthorized products are strictly prohibited. Sellers must only offer genuine and authentic items for sale.
3 If a product is found to be substandard or inauthentic, AhroMart reserves the right to take appropriate actions, including product removal, account suspension, or legal recourse.
Pricing and Fees:
1 Sellers are responsible for setting competitive and reasonable prices for their products.
2 AhroMart charges sellers a commission fee for each successful transaction conducted through the platform. AhroMart will take 10% from a successful transaction of a product to cover expences such as transaction fee, support, and maintenance.
3 AhroMart imposes a monthly subscription fee of $24.95 for a store to be active on our platform.
4 AhroMart will apply a fee of $1 for each item added beyond the 10th item in a shop.
Payout:
1 Once orders are fulfilled, payouts will be processed within one week from the order completion date. Please allow a few additional days after the one-week period to view your payment balance. If you encounter any issues, please don't hesitate to contact our support team.
Order Fulfillment:
1 Sellers must fulfill orders promptly and adhere to the estimated delivery times specified in Their policy.
*AhroMart policy - All orders should be shipped with-in 5 days of order placement, Unless specified on seller’s policy*
2 In the event of any delays or issues with order fulfillment, sellers are required to communicate proactively with buyers via message functionality.
Customer Service:
1 Sellers are expected to provide excellent customer service to buyers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
2 Communication with buyers should be respectful and constructive at all times.
Prohibited Activities:
1 Sellers are prohibited from engaging in any illegal, unethical, or fraudulent activities on the platform.
2 Selling products that violate copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights of others is strictly forbidden.
Returns and Refunds:
1 Sellers must comply with their return and refund policy.
2 Refunds will be issued promptly and in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in the sellers refund policy.
Seller Account Suspension and Termination:
1 AhroMart reserves the right to suspend or terminate a seller's account for violation of this policy or any other breach of the Terms of Service.
2 In case of account suspension or termination, sellers will be notified of the reason, and any relevant appeals will be considered.
Policy Updates:
1 AhroMart reserves the right to update or modify this Seller Policy as needed.
2 Sellers will be informed of any policy changes, and it is their responsibility to review and comply with the updated policies.
